Brassicas

Our cabbage is of superb quality with red and white cabbage on offer all year around. Our cabbages come in sizes small and large with the small size packed in a 10kg net and a large size packed in a 25kg net.

We have 2 options available for our cabbages. Either English or Dutch. All depending on what cabbage is best quality to offer out on that day.

We also have a very wide range of other brassicas that are sellers day to day. Our broccoli and cauliflower come from the finest farms in Lincolnshire, freshly cut from the fields in the morning of ordering and then finally checked, packed and delivered ready to be served in the restaurants the following day.
