Koffman Range
At Thomson Produce we are delighted to work along side some of the biggest potato companies in England. The Koffman range is a large range of different varieties of potato. From chipping potatoes to roasting potatoes and baking potatoes to salad potatoes. The range are available in either a washed potato or a brushed potato. The Koffman range is named after the famous French chef. Pierre Koffman. Pierre was amongst only 3 other chefs in England to achieve 3x Michelin star restaurants.
