Jelly is a smooth skinned , long oval variety with a rich yellow flesh. With medium dry matter , the jelly variety makes the eye catching golden roast potatoes or chips. With long dormancy and good storage qualities , jelly is ideal for marketing from October to June for the pre pack industry.

In UK trials disease resistance appears robust with no significant weakness. Tuber number is moderate/high and so seed rates are lower than most varieties and similar to Maris Piper for chip shop production.
