Our Frying potatoes have been succeeding to make the perfect hand cut chips with exceptional size to them , 'Pomme Neuf' for some time. Mainly using the variety 'Agria' this deep yellow flesh potato has been making tough competition against the other varieties such as 'Maris Piper' and 'Markies', mainly due to the lovely yellow flesh and its golden crisp finish. With our regular 00 fry tests taken place, every batch of Agria we send out, you are guaranteed the perfect product.
